This document is accessible to all the residents and owners of AOH
AOH House Rules
1. No smoking or Spitting in the premises
2. No littering in the premises
3. Pet droppings should be cleaned by the pet Owners
4. Maintenance is due by 5th of each month in advance. Non payment of fees will attract a penalty along with the restriction of Common facilities like water, electricity etc and usage of Amenities like club house and pool.
5. Obtain clearance from EC before Moving in or Moving out of Apartments
6. Obtaining NOC from EC is mandatory before buying or selling an Apartment
7. Lifts should be used with utmost care so as to not cause any damage and any items exceeding its size/weight is strictly prohibited
8. Personal belongings are not allowed to be stored in the corridors or any common areas of the property
9. Any modification pertaining to the outside of the apartment affecting the uniformity, common areas stair cases, circulating areas is strictly prohibited
10. Any electrical, telephone, Television, Internet cable wires are allowed only through provided ducts. They are not allowed through the elevation of the building or any other place
11. Rental, sale or personal Advertisements banners/hoardings on the Balcony railings or any of the entrance gates or anywhere in the premises is strictly prohibited
