Mortaring and waterproofing of ducts: The developer left mortaring and grouting of plumbing pipeline ducts of A,B & C Blocks. Out of them, mortaring and grouting of 12 pipeline ducts were identified as essential to avoid rain water seeping into the walls of flats. These 12 ducts were mortared to the extent possible and grouting has been completed with a budget of around Rs 7.5 lakhs.
