Society Accounts are organised as:
a. Income and Expenditure statements for every months
b. Audited financial for every financial year
c. Monthly Maintenance Charges (MMC) collected from members and the dues as MMC-Ac-Statements block wise, individual flat wise and consolidated statents in single file for each Financial Year
