As per the Registrar of Societies and By-laws two general body meetings per year are to be conducted.
Every year the audited accounts, GBM/AGM minutes along with attendees list are to be submitted at MeeSeva and an application number is created. The status of the application can be viewed through MeeSeva website using the application number.
Once the Registrar approves the documents can be downloaded through MeeSeva office.
