In 2019 a group of adhoc body was formed to :
Maintain the day to day activies in the society
Communicate with builder and GVMC.
To formulate by-laws
Carryout the ground work for registering a society.
First formal election process was started in 2020 to elect the Executive Committee.

c. 2023 January (10 months) without elections
d. 2023 December (2 years 2 months)
e. 2026 March ( current body elected for 2 years)
