Solar Power Plants

iSolar Powering of AOH was found as a viable measure to augment the renewable solar energy and to have major savings by producing power equal to the AOH consumption as the monthly power bill accounted for nearly 25% of revenue received through monthly maintenance charges from owners/residents. The Management Committee established in consultation with Infra Committee 5 solar plants of 99KW capacity which brought down the monthly power bill from a peak amount of Rs 1.15 lakh to a lowest amount of Rs 30k. This led to a net saving of Rs 80K which is being utilized to repay the capital invested for establishing the solar plants. On Blocks A & C Solar plant of 13 KW were installed and on D Block 20 KW plant and on B Block 13KW + 40 KW were installed
