Replacement of Balusters

Replacement of Balusters: There are around 600 balusters on the crowns of 4 lift rooms, Club House and Main Gate Entrance. Almost all the balusters being of poor quality make and also due to weather conditions cracked, became brittle, became source of rain water leakage into walls, lift rooms, etc and posed very ugly look. All these balusters of same size and design got manufactured on site with durable quality in AOH and were replaced with necessary concrete beds and brick/mortar finishings with a budget of around Rs 3 lakh
